Just hope it's not a poisoned mushroom!  Then again, a wild animal would know the difference

Hopefully he knows the difference! :) Looked like there were a lot of mushrooms around that had been eaten already, so...

Unfortunately, my beagle will eat just about anything he can sink his teeth into!  Except, perhaps, the dry dog food already in his bowl!  After he consumes the wet to get his appetite going, he prefers what's on MY plate!!!

Haha, kind of typical dogs, isn't it? :D Always wanting what they really shouldn't be having

Naturally...!  I can't enjoy a meal at the table without a cold wet nose poking my right elbow, and two large brown eyes begging me for my plate!

Kdv42, I love all of your uploads! You want to know why? Because not only are they very interesting (more on that for this particular one!), but also super premium quality. This is a crystal clear shot of a creature that doesn't normally pose for photos!

Speaking of which...I have never seen or thought of both a squirrel and a mushroom being in the same dimension. For some reason, I'm just not familiar with that particular situation. Although given this rodent's radical head (not the type of squirrel we have around here!), maybe I should've considered he was a pretty fun guy. But then again, a squirrel mush always save room for its staple comestible, lest it go nuts!

I love the photograph, and I love that you uploaded it. I can't wait for the next one!

Thank you! It's not so hard with a quality camera though :) (Maybe you should try that some time?)

Haha, I know right? At first he was on the ground nibbling on it, but once I got a bit closer, he just picked the whole thing up and went up that tree!
What kind of squirrels do you guys have..?

And thank you, again

A quality camera, you say? Not sure I have one handy...I may have to borrow one from a dear friend... = )

That's a cute image! I love that the squirrel was simultaneously frightened up a tree by your presence but still had the wherewithal to grab its appetizer! Our squirrels...don't have such interesting ears...and are I think a darker shade of brown. I guess the light isn't hitting this one enough for me to fairly compare, but that was my impression, anyhow!

Of course, anytime! (As in...anytime you post, you'll be getting a "Thank you!" of some kind...more like!)

Yeah, that's a great idea! I'm sure your friend will let you borrow it :) At least for a couple of hours...

Hm...You might be right! Googling for "'murican squirrel" got me some interesting results, I must say. I'll make sure to show you a picture I got of him from a different angle! :D
